Book discussion followed -- although we all really liked the book, we found our opinions were quite divided on the true nature of Graces character. We discovered that all the conflicting opinions dynamic historical Grace, as presented by the press of the time -- that she was manipulative, that she was a sim pleton, that she was guilty, that she was innocent -- were all represented by our group as well. An excellent piece of writing that managed to capture all facets of this Gordian character. We for each one recommended/warned others about other books we have been variant lately.
